Upload your listing
You’re in control of your listing. Add a description, along with any other helpful local information, photos or even a 3D virtual tour. The better is your listing, the higher is the quality of requests. You can also add the opportunity to visit your property before reaching the final agreement. Visits increase the chance to find tenants rapidly.

We present interested tenants to you
Once your listing is published, sit back and wait for tenants bookings. Tenants can either make an offer for your property or ask for visiting it. If they want to visit the property they’re interested in we will contact you to confirm the appointment and show them the apartment for rent.

Manage online who moves in
When interested tenants choose the property they like the most they can make an offer, which can be also lower than your asking price. You can either accept it or make a counter offer. Only you choose who moves into your house. As soon as there is an agreement, we take the first month’s rent from the tenant.

Book the property
Once you’ve found the home for you, enter your details and reserve the property. Plus, if you see a home you love that’s out of your budget, you can always make an offer.

Move into your home
Once the landlord accepts your offer, it’s time to start packing. You choose the move-in date, and the move-out date, so you’re in control. We’ll take your first month’s rent and pass it securely to the landlord. Simple and secure.

Monthly secure payment
We’ll freeze your security deposit and make it visible to you on your Zappyrent profile. At the end of your tenancy, it’ll go right back into your account. Plus, with our own secure payment system, you’ll never miss a payment deadline again.
