UTENZE - ATTENZIONE: Le utenze, escluse, sono da pagare in anticipo e l'importo è di 150€ da CONGUAGLIARE e da pagare direttamente al proprietario (non tramite Zappyrent). Previsti 20€ per la registrazione del contratto e 100€ per la pulizia dell'appartamento al termine della locazione. L'appartamento, situato al secondo piano di un palazzo con ascensore, presenta ambienti molto accoglienti. L’ingresso si apre sulla zona giorno open space arredata con comodo divano letto doppio ed area pranzo, dove una Smart TV a schermo piatto offre accesso a Netflix e Youtube, tra le tante. Qui è anche presente un angolo cottura ben accessoriato, completo anche di lavastoviglie, microonde e macchina del caffè.
