The security deposit must be paid upon check-in otherwise the property will not be available. *CHECK-IN is Monday to Friday (09:00/18:00). If you require a check-in out of our standard day/time, please let us know. We will charge you €30 extra to deliver keys if you will arrive later than 8pm. Please keep in mind that every check-in must be confirmed by email.*CHECK-OUT: check-out is by 11:00 on the day of departure. If you wish to early terminate the rental contract, we require 3 months’ notice.
