You can walk to Cattolica University or to any of the most important University in Milano! You are just downtown, steps away from the Castle, Sempione park, Brera district and Duomo! Just opposite side of the building you can find a supermarket open 24/7 and a pharmacy: it is an excellent place to live! HOME RULES: Dear Guest, I will be keen to welcome you! Before confirming your booking please make sure you read and accepted our BOOKING CONDITIONS: * minimum stay 3 months, up to 18 months (monthly contract). *in order to set the rental contract please provide us with the necessary documentation to prove the reason you're in Italy (study, work…).*in order to register the rental contract, please provide us your ID document and the fiscal code (codice fiscale). The contract registration fee is half on home owner and half on the Guest. Renewal/modification costs are or the Guest. *SECURITY DEPOSIT: We require 2 months deposit. The security deposit must be paid upon check-in otherwise the property will not be available. *CHECK-IN is Monday to Friday (09:00/18:00). If you require a check-in out of our standard day/time, please let us know. We will charge you €50 extra to deliver keys if you will arrive later than 8pm. Please keep in mind that every check-in must be confirmed by email.*CHECK-OUT: check-out is by 11:00 on the day of departure. If you wish to early terminate the rental contract, we require 3 months’ notice. Early termination contract cost will be charged on the Guest. *Weekly cleaning available upon request *Ordinary maintenance costs are on the Guest. Extraordinary maintenance is on home Owner. ** Final cleaning fee to pay the last month: €150+vat.**Please consider that you rent the apartment through Zappyrent but in case of controversy the contract between Guest and Home Owner relates the Italian Law.
